Practical and solution-oriented: At RECYCLING-TECHNIK Dortmund you will get technologies and solutions for recycling and environmentally sound disposal of waste products.

Fraunhofer IWKS is dedicated to the development of new recycling technologies and substitutes for scarce raw and valuable materials. In addition, resource strategy studies are carried out in order to be able to evaluate the availability of raw materials in the overall process of extraction, utilization and subsequent use. To this end, innovative separation, sorting, processing and substitution options are being researched together with industrial partners. The research focuses on the areas of digitalization of resources, bioeconomy, energy materials as well as magnetic materials.
